For almost ten years, I have supported psychologically and therapeutically people struggling with various mental and life problems. In my therapeutic work, I mainly use schema therapy models and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Currently, these are the most modern forms of therapy in the world and are confirmed by numerous empirical studies.

Additionally, in practice, I use transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). I completed TMS training accredited by the Polish Society of Clinical Neurophysiology. I am also authorized to perform psychological diagnosis and tests on persons applying for or possessing a firearms license, legal professionals, security staff, and detectives.

I am a court expert in psychology at the District Court in Warsaw.

I deal with the diagnosis and psychotherapy of diseases and mental disorders such as:

• mood disorders, depression, bipolar disorder
• anxiety disorders (phobias, OCD, obsessive-compulsive disorder)
• PTSD, people suffering from past trauma
• personality disorders (especially borderline, avoidant, dependent)
• people struggling with various life difficulties

I work with young people (from 15 years of age) and adults. I subject my therapeutic work to regular supervision.
